Your Team

• You’ll be working in the Wealth Management Americas team in Mumbai or Pune. As a member of this team, you will be managing one or more of the following departments (but not all):
• Your expertise Client Cash Management & Disbursements
• Our teams work closely with colleagues regionally and across the globe to ensure the highest standards of supervision, service, and operational risk management.

Your Expertise

• Demonstrated experience managing large teams and complex operational processes.
• Knowledge of FRB Rule 220, REGT, FINRA Rule 4210, Reg U and Reg W
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
• Understanding of conditions that create erroneous violations/calls and ability to propose solutions for resolution.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills for remediating branch escalations.
• Strong knowledge of one or more of the previously mentioned Operations departments.
• Understanding of risk management and regulatory requirements in financial services.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and manage change in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant professional certification preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial services operations, with at least 2 years in a management role.
