Quantity Surveyor: Project Manager / Team Leader

Location: Cape Town

Role Overview:
We’re in search of a Professional Quantity Surveyor to step into a management position overseeing a skilled team. This role focuses on project oversight, including reviewing payment certificates, invoices, and project reports to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide a professional team throughout the project phases.
Evaluate payment certificates, invoices, and progress reports.
Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain seamless project flow.
Participate in monthly site and technical meetings to ensure project targets are met.

Requirements:

Professional accreditation with SACQSP.
Minimum 3 years of post-registration experience.
Knowledge of JBCC contracts and the 7 stages of construction.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance.
