About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Revenue Operations team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in data processing and sales commission calculations, with a strong interest in developing their analytical skills in a high-growth B2B environment. The candidate should be eager to learn, comfortable working with data, and able to communicate findings in a structured way. Collaboration and adaptability will be essential, as they will work closely with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and to help shape and document compensation policies and practices.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the global revenue organization in general, and on topics of compensation and commissions in general
- Drive continuous improvement to achieve and maintain operational excellence for the Revenue Organization
- Ensure all business-critical data is captured and workflows/automation are efficient
- Develop insights, present findings, and make educated recommendations
- Generate performance dashboards that encompass key metrics to be reviewed with senior Sales leadership
- Bring creative solutions to a broad range of operational challenges
- Use advanced technology tools to drive business intelligence and continuous improvement.
- Perform analysis on quota-to-OTE ratios, attainment distributions, and performance vs. compensation paid, providing insights into efficiency and fairness of compensation outcomes.
- Handle incoming requests from Sales related to quota allocation, attainment tracking, and compensation questions, ensuring timely and consistent responses.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of compensation governance documentation, including policy guidelines, plan mechanics, and quota-setting approaches.
- Support the development of performance narratives that connect compensation outcomes with business results, to improve clarity and alignment with leadership.
Required skills and competencies
Advanced English (C1).
- Excellent communication, writing, listening and reading skills.
Proficiency in Excel.
- Experience in sales / revenue operations, specifically commissions.
- Experience developing compensation plans and incentive schemes and partnering with cross functional stakeholder groups.
- Experience in pipeline reporting, including data processing, outcome delivery, and impact analysis presentation.
- Experience working through ambiguity to provide practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to compensation governance, quota-setting processes, or policy documentation preferred.
Nice To Have:
- Analytical background (degree in a STEM field or Finance/Economics);
- Knowledge of advanced analytics tools Python, R, PowerBI, etc.
