About The Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing and growing brand presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, running campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and driving meaningful audience engagement to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create engaging, platform-specific content including posts, stories, reels, and short videos.
  • Manage daily social media activities — scheduling, posting, monitoring comments, and responding to messages.
  • Run paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, CTR, conversions) and prepare reports.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior to optimize strategy.
  • Maintain brand voice, tone, and consistency across all social media channels.
  • Experiment with new features (LinkedIn articles, Instagram Reels, Stories, Polls, etc.) to drive engagement.
  • Build and nurture online communities around the brand.


Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in social media marketing and campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, and other major social media platforms.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Later).
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics).
  • Creativity with strong content writing, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Understanding of paid advertising on LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in B2B/B2C marketing.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
  • Basic design/editing skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
