  • Lead and Oversee DDU Deliverables:  Supervise a team of DDU Delivery Managers, manage the Domain S&C Unit’s services and care deliverables for the market, ensuring alignment with P&E and Market Services teams, and driving the delivery model with local/remote resources to meet cost, quality, and profitability targets, onboard local, remote, and near-shore .
  • Manage Contractual Obligations and Risk Mitigation: Ensure Nokia’s contractual commitments are met, including cost baselines, resource requirements, and delivery timelines. Address revenue-impacting risks, develop mitigation plans, and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve critical issues.
  • Act as Main Point of Contact: Serve as the SPOC for critical project or care issues, providing timely updates and resolutions, and driving collaboration across teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Optimize Resource Allocation and Delivery: Align resource supply between Market Services and DDU, ensuring efficient and timely resource utilization for all projects. Monitor cost booking and resource allocation to ensure alignment with project financials and baselines.
  • Oversee Project Execution and Customer Satisfaction: Take accountability for time, cost, and quality during project execution, initiating corrective actions as needed. Improve CPVi & CES by ensuring projects meet contractual commitments and quality standards.
  • Drive Cross-DDU Collaboration and Escalation Management: Lead efforts to mitigate risks in critical project issues, collaborating with TAM teams, customer executives, and P&E leaders, and provide escalation support across DDUs when necessary.
  • Support Pre-Sales and Planning Phases: Contribute to the pre-sales (G3-G4) and planning (G5-G6) phases, validating scoping, costing, and deliverables. Participate in PTA and PRA meetings to ensure alignment between Market Services and Domain on scope, timelines, and cost baseline.
  • Strategic and Technical Leadership: Over 20 years of experience leading large, cross-functional Core Networks projects with deep expertise in Nokia’s portfolio, technologies, and business environment with Degree in Telecommunications Engineering.
  • Team and Customer Management: Proven leader with strong people coaching, team management, and customer-facing skills, fostering collaboration and trust across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Commercial and Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of CNS and Nokia business group financials, including portfolio management, planning, and cost control, with a strong track record of delivering profitable results.
  • Execution in High-Pressure Environments: Thrives in fast-paced, results-driven settings with a sharp focus on execution, quality, and meeting business objectives.
  • Inclusive and Effective Communication: Adaptable and purpose-driven communicator, fluent in English, capable of leading diverse teams and driving alignment across global organizations.
