As a Senior Product Director in Global Payments, you drive innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers and transform the payments landscape. Job Responsibilities
- Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets for global payments online and mobile experience on Access.
- Leads the entire product lifecycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets such as cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth.
- Influences and manages global senior stakeholders across the Payments ecosystem, driving change and alignment in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Establishes and maintains strong product governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, risk management standards, and internal policies, especially within the payments domain.
- Drives successful delivery of complex product initiatives using best-in-class project management methodologies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives.
- Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiation, particularly in payments and cash management.
- Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices, including solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 10+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products with a strong focus on payments and transaction banking.
- Extensive knowledge of the product development lifecycle, technical design, data analytics, and governance frameworks.
- Proven ability to influence and drive adoption of key product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
- Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills to drive change, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver products from conception to launch.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences.
- Deep knowledge of payments, cash management, global transaction banking, liquidity, and receivables.
- Accustomed to working with agile and iterative development methodologies, starting with design thinking.
- Proven ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations.

- Recognized thought leader within payments or a related field.
- Experience coaching product managers to grow their skills while maintaining a strong team culture.
- Experience leading across multiple product areas, with a track record of successful governance and project management.
