About This Role

Textron Systems is looking for an Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Representative. This person will be a member of the Quality/Calibration Team. This team member is responsible for providing outstanding support to the staff while delivering exceptional customer service and professionalism to our internal and external customers. The ISC Rep will complete a variety of tasks to ensure that the Calibration Lab operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Job Duties:

(Administrative duties including but not limited to)

  • Processing equipment/assets received and returned in the Calibration Lab using a web-based database application (MET/TEAM).
  • Scheduling vendors to pickup and drop-off equipment.
  • Scheduling on-site calibrations with vendors and support vendor visit.
  • Communicating with internal and external customers for information and follow-up questions concerning calibration work orders.
  • Supporting customers expedite requests.
  • Updating procedures and work instructions.
  • Assist with internal and external audits.
  • Source outside quotes from vendors and work with the internal procurement team to get quotes processed.

  • Able to independently determine approaches to solutions with only general direction
  • Ability to work with outside suppliers as well as internal customers
  • Experience with the Microsoft products; Word, Excell, Explorer, etc.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently
  • Results-driven with focus on delivering customer satisfaction
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative
  • Works well under pressure
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to obtain security clearance.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle, Solumina and ARMS
  • Previous experience with a calibration lab

Physical Requirements:

  • Kneeling, Crouching, Reaching, Standing, Walking, Pushing, Pulling, Lifting, Grasping, and Repetitive Motions.
  • This position will entail lifting equipment (no more than 40 lbs) between stationary shelves and rolling carts.
  • Visual inspection of the certifications will be utilized daily. Individuals may be excluded from positions where duties or tasks pose a direct threat or significant risk to the health and safety of themselves or other employees.
