Marketing Project Manager - Junior

Overview:

SOFTSWISS is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our dynamic Creative & Marketing team. We are seeking an organized and proactive professional with a strong understanding of Agile principles and creative workflows to efficiently manage marketing projects from planning to delivery. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional efforts, ensure smooth collaboration between teams, and drive timely execution of campaigns in a fast-paced, international environment.

Purpose Of The Role:

You will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the Creative team’s workflow to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Acting as a key link between the Creative team, other departments, and external suppliers, you will help maintain clear communication, streamline processes, and support efficient collaboration across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Distribute tasks among Creative team members to optimise workload and meet project deadlines.
• Monitor the status of ongoing tasks and ensure timely progress.
• Maintain and update tasks within JIRA for accurate tracking.
• Track time spent on tasks to analyze efficiency.
• Proactively identify potential delays and implement solutions.
• Generate reports and analytics to assess team performance.
• Act as a liaison between the creative team and other departments.
• Organize and lead meetings to streamline processes.
• Work with external suppliers, including payment arrangements.

Required Experience:

• 1+ years in a similar position, within a marketing or agency team environment.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles Knowledge of creative/design processes and tools.
• Proficiency in JIRA. 
• Advanced use of Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills.
• High level of responsibility, punctuality, initiative, and proactivity.
• Ability to adapt quickly and change directions as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and stress resistance.
• Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English or higher.
• Russian level (C1)/Native

• Experience in the iGaming or Gaming industry is a plus.
