As a Transaction Processing Specialist in Market Operations, you provide essential operational support within Commercial & Investment Banking. You ensure timely completion of all aspects of transaction management, resolve exceptions and client inquiries, and deliver subject matter expertise to clients. You also contribute to regulatory reporting, remediation activities, and process improvement initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute assigned transaction processing tasks efficiently and accurately
- Independently manage daily responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Proactively identify and resolve exceptions and client inquiries
- Lead process improvement and automation initiatives
- Maintain a strong control mindset and remain alert to potential risks and issues
- Support regulatory reporting and remediation activities as required
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance client service
Required Qualifications, Skills, And Capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Understanding of the financial services industry, products, and processes
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with process improvement or automation in a financial services environment
- Excellent client focus and customer care working practices
