We’re looking for a Head of Labour Optimisation to lead the strategic transformation of labour planning and deployment across Moto’s estate, ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business growth. This role is pivotal in balancing business needs with smart workforce management, using data-driven insights and innovative solutions

What You'Ll Do:
- Own and maintain labour models aligned with operational needs and technological advancements.
- Integrate labour model updates into budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Deliver segment-specific analysis to align labour costs with performance.
- Analyse historical and predictive data to optimise labour deployment.
- Develop reporting tools to track financial impact and success of labour initiatives.
- Guide site management teams on optimising labour hours.
- Collaborate with Brand, Operations, Finance, People and Technology teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Moto policies.
- Champion Moto’s values and foster a culture of excellence.
What You'Ll Bring:
- Background in a senior labour planning, HR, payroll, or finance
- Advanced experience with Workforce Management (WFM) systems
- Proven track record in data analytics
- Previous leadership experience in a workforce planning role within a retail or catering environment
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Confidence in using MS Office and data dashboards
- Project management experience and ability to work independently
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and improvement
