Job Description Summary
The Senior Staff Cybersecurity Engineer will drive the strategic alignment of the enterprise security architecture roadmap with business and technology objectives, ensuring products and services are meeting internal customer needs. This role will lead internal customer and partner management efforts, fostering collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors to strengthen security posture via ASRB. A key focus will be guiding the adoption of Generative AI within security architecture to improve the overall effectiveness of the services provided. The role will also oversee governance, reporting, and executive-level communications to ensure transparency, compliance, and measurable progress against overall security objectives.Job Description
Roles And Responsibilities
- Security Architecture Roadmap Alignment – Maintain across domains and publish to ensure overall alignment with business and Cybersecurity strategy.
- Architecture Security Review Board (ASRB) – Lead weekly reviews to embed security architecture into business programs. Maintain artifact library of engagements and patterns.
- Partner Performance & Maturity Management – Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and security metrics to measure architecture maturity, operational effectiveness, and business impact.
- Generative AI Adoption in Security Architecture – Develop use-cases of highest value and promote adoption of Generative AI solutions within security architecture.
- Reporting and Governance – Deliver clear, actionable reporting and executive-level updates on security architecture initiatives, ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment with corporate governance frameworks.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, execution, accountability, and innovation to protect the company, stay ahead of emerging threats, and raise costs to adversaries.
- Manage day-to-day execution of multiple interdependent projects by working directly with global technical teams
- Coordinate execution across multiple projects and drive shared approach and outcomes tracking
- Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies. Partner with technical and functional teams external to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as required
- Manage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project
- Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations
Education Qualification
For Roles Outside Usa:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with significant experience.
- Certification in one or more agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
