Description Du Poste
Do you want to contribute to cutting-edge innovations in the aerospace sector within an international company? We offer you a strategic role where you will work on diverse projects, ranging from research and development to the optimization of complex production processes.
Additive Manufacturing:
- Design and improvement of production methods based on 3D printing, including the integration of advanced materials.
- Development of optimized solutions for the production of complex parts, considering the technical specifications of the projects.
- Improvement of forming processes for the manufacturing of critical components, ensuring precision and quality.
- Selection and qualification of surface materials to enhance performance, durability, and safety of aerospace components.
Leading PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis):
- Identify and anticipate potential process failures by analyzing risks and proposing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure procedures and methods meet the highest safety and quality standards.
Driving Continuous Improvement Projects:
- Analyze manufacturing process failures using methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing to propose improvement solutions.
- Implement advanced quality control tools and lead technical audits to optimize production in terms of cost, time, and quality.
- Ensure process robustness and compliance with aerospace industry standards while seeking productivity gains.
Managing Projects With International Teams:
- Work closely with R&D, production, and quality teams across multiple sites worldwide, adapting manufacturing methods to local requirements.
- Participate in international working groups to share best practices and standardize methods across our centers of excellence.
Innovation And Technological Watch:
- Continuously monitor new technologies and trends in additive manufacturing, forging, and advanced materials.
- Propose innovative solutions and guide the long-term development strategy of processes and methods.
Qualifications
For this opportunity, we are looking for an ambitious professional eager to work in a multicultural and collaborative environment, with the following qualifications:
- Master degree in manufacturing, materials science, production engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong expertise in materials and manufacturing processes, particularly in the aeronautical industry.
- Ability to define, analyze, and improve production processes in a global and innovative context.
- Solid knowledge of quality control and inspection methods aligned with international aerospace standards.
- Proficiency in English and French is essential to interact with various stakeholders.
