Job Description

At Devoteam G Cloud, we are looking for several GCP-focused Data Engineers for important projects we have within the company. The position is 100% based in Spain. 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to understand their data needs and challenges, translating them into technical solutions in GCP.
• Design, build, and implement efficient and scalable data pipelines using services such as Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud Functions, and Composer.
• Develop and implement ETL/ELT processes to integrate data from various sources, including databases, files, and APIs.
• Work with large data sets using technologies such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Dataproc.
• Implement and maintain data quality and security compliance.
• Optimise the performance and cost of data solutions on GCP.
• Automate tasks and processes using orchestration and scripting tools.
• Document implemented solutions and provide technical support to customers.
• Keep up to date with the latest GCP technologies and best practices.
• Contribute to the growth of the team by sharing knowledge and participating in development initiatives.
