Job Description

• Roles & Responsibilities :
• AI Solution Design: Identify and implement frameworks and tools for AI and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions, emphasizing RAG-based techniques.
• Implementation: Develop specific use cases and modules within the GenAI technology stack, ensuring seamless integration with operational data stored in PostgreSQL.
• Code Quality Assurance: Conduct system design and code reviews to ensure adherence to quality guidelines and standards throughout the software engineering lifecycle.
• Software Development Lifecycle: Demonstrate proficiency in SDLC and agile methodologies to manage projects effectively.
• Microservices and REST APIs: Apply microservices principles to design and develop RESTful APIs, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Testing and Security: Write unit test cases and produce production-ready code that is free from security vulnerabilities and linting issues.
• Scalability: Ensure that the developed code is production-ready and can scale efficiently without bottlenecks.
• Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest AI research papers and innovations to build agentic workflows and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaboration: Work with team members to derive overall solution architecture requirements and ensure compliance with intellectual property and open-source regulations.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree (BE/BTech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• AI/ML Proficiency: Strong knowledge of AI/ML tools and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
• GenAI Experience: Hands-on experience with GenAI foundation models and vector databases, leveraging foundational AI models for advanced capabilities.

Experience :

• Microservices Architecture: Familiarity with microservices principles and experience in developing RESTful APIs.
• Security Awareness: Knowledge of writing secure code, addressing linting issues, and ensuring compliance with security standards.
• Scalability: Experience in developing production-ready code that can scale efficiently without bottlenecks.
• Mandatory/requires Skills :
• AI/ML Proficiency: Strong knowledge of AI/ML tools and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
• GenAI Experience: Hands-on experience with GenAI foundation models and vector databases, leveraging foundational AI models for advanced capabilities.
• Orchestration Tools: Proficiency in using orchestration tools like Semantic Kernel and Langchain for efficient AI model management.
• Software Engineering Skills: Solid understanding of software engineering principles, including writing clean, maintainable code and conducting thorough testing.
• Innovation: Ability to read and comprehend the latest research papers, applying insights to innovate and build agentic workflows.

Preferred Skills :

Additional Information

• Sound knowledge of Generative AI technology stack
• Identification of frameworks and tools for AI / Gen AI solution design
• Implementation of specific use cases / modules under GenAI technology stack
• System design and code review to assure quality guidelines and standard are followed acroos software engineering lifecycle.
• Sound knowledge of SDLC, agile methodology.
• Preferred (not mandatory) to have experience in automotive domain.
• Working with other team members to derive overall solution architecture requirements.
