The Role

• You'll deliver world-class execution by maintaining visual merchandising standards, strengthening brand identity and supporting commercial goals. Through hands-on implementation and coaching, you’ll drive consistency, create inspiring customer journeys, and build team confidence in all things VM. 
• Implement and maintain best-in-class VM standards that hero our products and captivate our customers 
• Deliver the ‘big idea’ through compelling storytelling and key outfit styling 
• Ensure clear sightlines and fixture flow to enhance the customer journey and maximize commercial performance 
• Support the execution of trade actions, visual updates and in-store activations 
• Adapt visual direction to suit local store needs while staying true to brand DNA 
• Collaborate with Store Managers to align on strategy and impact 
• Coach and develop store teams on visual principles and standards 
• Use insights and data to position hero products and improve visual decisions
