New Business Development Manager (All Genders)

• Familiarisation with Frequentis' business and building a strong internal and external network 
• Carrying out market analyses to identify new business opportunities 
• Developing appropriate strategies in cooperation with the branches for the further development of mission-critical services in broadband communication 
• Partner management through targeted measures such as trade fair 
• Maintaining existing partnerships and supporting projects as a sparring partner 
• Optimisation and expansion of the reselling business to increase the company's success
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a New Business Development Manager or in a similar position 
• Entrepreneurial mindset to be able to empathise with the person opposite and the products 
• Confident, empathetic personality with a hands-on mentality 
• Experience with government projects required  
• Understanding of software-centric systems, virtualisation and cloud would be a plus 
• Very good English skills and good German skills required
• Willingness to travel around 25% of the time and intercultural competence
