ABOUT THE ROLE
As Sales Director, you’ll take full ownership of the sales process – from prospecting and pipeline generation to contract negotiations and closing. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding Kreditz's footprint across key verticals and markets.

You’ll be working with a modern, in-demand, product suite at the forefront of credit- and risk intelligence, selling to clients in the Nordics and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Director you will:

  • Independently manage your own B2B sales pipeline, engaging with enterprise prospects across the Nordics and wider Europe.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic existing client accounts, focusing on retention, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Lead complex sales cycles including RFPs, tenders, and contract negotiations.
  • Deliver tailored presentations and solution demos to technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Use data-driven insights and value-based selling to deliver long-term ROI to clients.
  • Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and financial technology developments.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within Finance/FinTech, SaaS, or complex tech environments.
  • Proven success in both new business development and key account management.
  • Track record of closing large, high-value deals and expanding client accounts over time.
  • Experience selling into banks, lenders, or regulated industries
  • Comfortable managing long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder processes.
  • Experienced in tender management, RFP responses, and legal/commercial negotiations.
  • Strong understanding of finance, banking, and technology –including relevant regulatory environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic and data-driven with strong commercial instincts.
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English (written and verbal).

Bonus Points

  • Experience in Open Banking/Open Finance
  • Background in credit information, risk analytics, or financial scoring
  • Additional languages –especially German or Spanish
