The mission of Brand Innovation team is to help business achieve their true branding goals with flexibility, efficiency, and creativity, while seamlessly marrying TikTok's most compelling user experiences into branding experiences.
As the Product Marketing Manager for Brand Innovation, you will be responsible for setting the go-to-market strategy for TikTok's solutions focused on providing transparency and control as to where branding ads are placed within the For You Feed. You will partner closely with various cross-functional stakeholders in sales, product management, third-party partners, and business marketing.
You will use your experience and marketing knowledge working with branding based product to develop the strategy, bring together cross-functional stakeholders to execute on their plans, and align with senior product leadership around those plans. You understand market trends, the competitive landscape, and have experience applying those to positively influence advertisers, agencies, and other cross functional partners.
Responsibilities:
- As part of the broader brand product team, you will partner with Sales leadership and Global Responsibility Marketing to set long-term objectives and develop go-to-market strategies for our suite of brand safety and suitability products.
- Help define the global go-to-market strategy for TikTok's market-leading brand innovation ad products, ensuring clear communication of product value propositions to the market
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams and external measurement partners, to develop and execute go-to-market plans and create sales enablement content.
- Partner closely with the sales team and clients to deeply understand and synthesize market needs and pain points to inform the direction of product development and influence roadmap
- Build an understanding of TikTok advertising products and leverage these products to achieve customer goals
