The SEA Integrated Marketing team (IMC) crafts and executes integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. The team builds brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience. Whether it's launching innovative marketing campaigns, optimizing user interfaces, or crafting compelling narratives, the team's contributions are essential to TikTok Shop's success in SEA.

In this role you will be responsible in strategizing, designing, and executing social and content marketing strategies for TikTok Shop

- Strategize, design, and execute social and content marketing strategies for TikTok Shop , including but not limited to: ideating, planning, and owning content, as well as creating an integrated approach to develop various content marketing formats across channels;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (seller, merchant, and creator management team) to identify marketing needs of each campaign and develop effective and creative marketing plans accordingly;
- Define and drive strategic benchmarks for e-commerce marketing campaigns — establishing clear performance metrics for customer awareness, new user acquisition, and customer experience.
- Lead efforts to performance analysis and strategic review in marketing strategy and implementation to continuously optimize marketing campaign performance and internal collaboration process;
- Build and elevate TikTok Shop’s brand presence by developing long-term brand narratives, positioning strategies, and storytelling efforts that drive relevance and resonance across core audience segments.
- Plan, manage, and optimise social paid media strategy (in-app and out-app) to drive upper-funnel awareness and conversion, working closely with the performance team to ensure spend efficiency and impact.
- Manage external creative and social agencies — from brief development to execution oversight — ensuring outputs align with campaign goals, brand standards, and performance expectations.
- Take lead on creator and influencer marketing efforts, collaborating with talent teams and partners to identify, activate, and scale creator-led campaigns that drive engagement, authenticity, and commerce impact.
