About the Team:
The Global Monetization Legal team powers TikTok’s most innovative advertising products by structuring partnerships with global technology leaders. We are expanding rapidly and seek a highly experienced attorney with significant tech transactions and ad tech expertise to join our team. This is a critical role where you will lead strategic, high-impact deals with partners who provide independent measurement, critical assets for AI models, CRM services, privacy-enhancing technologies, commerce solutions, business messaging, and other robust marketing capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute strategic technology partnerships from inception to completion.
- Draft and lead negotiations for complex commercial agreements, directly representing TikTok’s interests.
- Provide clear, pragmatic legal counsel to business and product teams on novel issues, enabling them to make informed, strategic decisions.
- Analyze and advise on complex legal risks related to ad tech, data privacy, and regulatory compliance within high-stakes negotiations.
- Collaborate with a broad range of cross-functional partners, including product, engineering, and business development, to drive deals to a successful close.
