What You’Ll Do:

• Diagnose Mechanical Issues: Troubleshoot and identify automotive problems to minimize vehicle downtime.
• Perform Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to ensure vehicles operate safely and efficiently.
• Inspections and Problem Identification: Perform detailed vehicle inspections and proactively identify potential issues.
• Team Collaboration: Work with team members to complete projects on time and ensure smooth operations.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs, owning the light vehicle repair program.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy is required.

What We’Re Looking For:

• Education: Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent; Preferred: Completion of an Automotive Service Technician training program.
• Experience: 2-5 years as an Automotive Mechanic, with experience working on various makes and models.
• Certifications: Required: Red Seal Automotive Service Technician Certification. Preferred: Additional certifications in advanced diagnostic systems.
• Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with automotive diagnostic tools and repair equipment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
