Inbound Specialist

The Challenge

The Inbound Specialist oversees and coordinates inbound logistics operations, from goods receipt to storage, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with safety and quality standards. This includes managing unloading processes, verifying materials, handling non-conformities, supports the workload balance of the inbound team, and supporting continuous improvement through KPI tracking.

What you will do

Objectives And Responsibilities:

• Plan inbound flows in coordination with Planning and Logistics teams.
• Supervise unloading activities and manage loading bay scheduling.
• Register incoming goods and delivery notes in SAP/WMS and archive documents.
• Verify packaging integrity, code and quantity compliance, and dangerous goods requirements.
• Label materials and sort between storage and pre-packing areas.
• Finalize goods receipt and ensure correct warehouse allocation.
• Report inbound non-conformities and manage customer returns.
• Coordinate and train receiving staff, plan shifts and daily operations.
• Monitor inbound KPIs (unloading time, receipt accuracy, stock reliability)

What you need to succeed

Required skills and qualifications

• Extended experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a structured logistics environment.
• Familiarity with automated warehouse systems and ERP tools (e.g., SAP).
• Deep knowledge of WMS systems (Easymag Preferred)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate teams and manage priorities under pressure.
• Accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail.
