About The Role

This is a permanent fulltime opportunity, 40 hours per week.  In this role you will be doing a mix of taking inbound calls from patients, outbound calling to arrange follow up appointments and assisting our existing Customer Care Administration Team with additional customer service tasks.

This is a very exciting opportunity to join MoleMap as we continue to grow and implement innovative solutions to provide an exceptional customer experience. You will be part of a close knit team who will support you every step of the way. 

This is a permanent fulltime opportunity located in our Greenlane, Auckland offices.  In this position you will be rostered to work between the hours of 8:00am - 7:30pm, Monday to Friday. 

About The Team

When our customers book with us, it is the Customer Care Team that makes sure they have all of the important information about what to expect. Once they have had their MoleMap, it is the Customer Care Team that co-ordinates between the customer, the Melanographer and the Dermatologist. When there is a diagnosis, it's the customer care team that makes sure their report gets to them quickly, is accurate and informative about the appropriate next steps they need to take.
