Supervise and participate in daily F&B service operations, including breakfast setup, service, and clearance as per Holiday Inn Express standards.
Ensure that all food and beverage items are presented, prepared, and served in accordance with brand quality and hygiene standards.
Assist in ordering, receiving, and maintaining proper stock levels of F&B supplies.
Monitor buffet setup, replenishment, and presentation throughout the service period.
Oversee cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, pantry, and service equipment.
Handle guest requests and complaints efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and guest satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with HACCP and local food safety regulations.
Team Leadership:Supervise and guide F&B Associates and Stewards during service hours.
Conduct daily team briefings to communicate hotel updates, special requirements, and service expectations.
Train and coach team members on brand standards, grooming, hygiene, and service excellence.
Ensure shift schedules are managed effectively to maintain smooth operations.
Motivate the team to deliver “True Hospitality” to every guest.
Guest Experience:Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Ensure a welcoming and comfortable dining environment at all times.
Address guest feedback proactively and ensure continuous service improvement.
Monitor guest satisfaction and take corrective action when service levels drop.
Administration & Reporting:Assist in daily reporting, inventory management, and wastage control.
Support the Manager in conducting monthly stock takes and audits.
Ensure accurate billing and posting of F&B transactions.
Maintain proper documentation as per IHG operational standards.
Health, Safety & Hygiene:Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all F&B areas.
Ensure safe handling and storage of food, beverages, and cleaning chemicals.
Follow fire, emergency, and safety procedures at all times.
