As a professional in your role, your responsibilities and essential job functions will include but are not limited to:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations within the assigned outlet to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, motivate, and support the F&B team in delivering exceptional guest experiences in line with brand standards.
- Conduct daily briefings and ensure team members are updated on menu changes, promotions, and service expectations.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and timely service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels, respond to feedback, and handle guest complaints professionally.
- Maintain service quality, table setup, cleanliness, and presentation standards throughout the outlet.
- Assist the Outlets Manager with scheduling, staff training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee inventory, requisitions, and ensure proper stock rotation and cost control.
- Support in achieving outlet revenue targets through effective upselling and promotional activities.
- Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards (HACCP).
Ideally, you should possess some or all the following qualifications and experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory role in a luxury or 5-star hotel environment.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards, sequence of service, and fine dining etiquette.
- Proficient in POS systems (e.g., Micros) and familiar with basic administrative tasks and reports.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Impeccable grooming, professional demeanor, and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to manage a diverse team, handle pressure, and maintain composure during peak hours.
