Creatunity LLC is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Phone Sales Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for engaging customers over the phone, presenting our products, and closing sales to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce our products.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and objectives.
- Utilize a consultative selling approach to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and sales in the CRM system accurately and promptly.
- Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to align strategies and share insights.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors to effectively address customer needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Phone Sales Representative (+ 2 years)
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and strong negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to meet sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
