The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise end-to-end supply chain operations at our wet site manufacturing facility based in Yatala, specialising in perishable food and meat products.

This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring smooth, time-sensitive operations that uphold product integrity, food safety and service excellence.

You’ll manage the full supply chain — from inventory and production planning through to warehousing, logistics, and delivery — supporting uninterrupted production and on-time customer supply.

As part of the site leadership team, you’ll play a key role in driving operational efficiency, championing continuous improvement, and fostering a culture aligned with RPF’s values: Work as a Pack, Make Your Mark, Lead with Passion, and Change the Game.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse, planning, inventory and logistics functions
• Manage a team of ~27 (including 4 direct reports)
• Lead production and materials planning to align with customer demand
• Maintain compliance with food safety, WHS, and Chain of Responsibility standards
• Drive improvements in cost, efficiency and service across a ~$19M logistics budget
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Procurement, and FSQA teams
• Deliver against key metrics including stock accuracy, DIFOT, warehouse utilisation, and labour costs

About You

• Experienced in managing end-to-end supply chain operations for perishable or fresh food products.
• Strong leadership capability with a track record in people development and continuous improvement
• Skilled in inventory management, logistics coordination, and production planning
• You thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive manufacturing environment
• Collaborative communicator who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Being a Bronco's supporter is desirable but not essential
