Core Responsibilities And Tasks:

Design for diverse brands across various channels in 360-degree touchpoints, closely guarding brand standards.

Partner with copywriters on a variety of deliverables: websites, email, social, packaging, POP/merchandising, B2B and B2C collateral, print advertising, and trade shows.  

Manage a high-volume, fluid workload to accommodate shifting priorities of the business, communicating regularly with teammates and internal stakeholders to maintain schedules.  

Collaborate with brand, product and digital marketing managers who are both onsite and in other offices. The ability to professionally articulate ideas and interact both in person and by email/phone is key.

Proactively investigate complications and seek solutions to design challenges to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Prepare technically accurate files for online publication and print production and work closely with developers and production managers to ensure successful launches.

Leverage a strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy across multiple pieces within a brand.

Knowledge & Experience:

Required:

  • 5+ years’ experience in consumer-facing marketing, preferably for CPG brands.  Interest in home décor/renovation a plus. Some DIY experience also a plus.  
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong, persuasive presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the print and digital processes. 

Technical/Skill Requirements:

Required:

  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Ability to concept and design within both print and digital creative space.

Preferred:

  • Additional skills in XD, Marketo and Figma a plus.
