What You Will Do
- Lead complex software releases (Junos Selective Updates) from concept to delivery.
- Analyze incoming requests for feasibility—both technical and operational.
- Define infrastructure requirements to produce appropriate software images.
- Drive teams to resolve Problem Reports (PRs) and bugs.
- Manage the full lifecycle of JSU release production, including validation.
- Coordinate with other Release Managers on PR fixes, builds, and testing.
- Integrate development and testing activities across multiple release vehicles.
- Provide detailed status updates on current and past JSUs.
- Collaborate across engineering teams and executive levels to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Engage in tactical planning and program management aligned with business needs.
- What You Need to Bring

- What You Need to Bring
Education & Experience
- Minimum: BSEE, BSCS, or equivalent with 8+ years in the networking industry.
- 2–3 years in software development or system/feature testing.
- 3+ years as a Program or Release Manager.
- Preferred: MSEE, MSCS, or equivalent with 10+ years in networking.
- Strong leadership and accountability in matrixed environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of SDLC models and release management.
- Excellent problem-solving and risk mitigation skills.
