Job Title: Workday Report developer

Experience: 5+ Years  

• Design, develop, and maintain complex Workday reports, including Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and BIRT reports, across various Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, and Financials.
• Utilize advanced reporting functionality, including complex calculated fields, custom objects, and filters, to deliver tailored data sets.
• Create and manage interactive dashboards and scorecards using Workday Prism Analytics and other Workday tools to provide strategic insights for business leaders.
• Collaborate with business partners (e.g., HR, Finance) to gather reporting requirements and translate functional needs into technical specifications. 
• Manage a reporting roadmap, including creating a strategy for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting by audience.
