We are seeking an experienced Director of Investment Strategy and Business Transformation to drive the strategic vision for our Agency and Display Sales & Operating Model. In this role, you will collaborate closely with MSA’s leadership, sales teams, business planning and sales excellence to develop forward-thinking operating model strategies that surpass budget targets, achieve year-over-year growth, and bridge the gap with competitors. This role requires a strategic thinker and strong collaborator, with impeccable communication, planning and execution skills.

Starting January 26, 2026, Microsoft AI (MAI) employees who live within a 50-mile commute of a designated Microsoft office within the US, or a 25-mile commute of a non-US, country specific location are expected to work from the office at least four days per week. This expectation is subject to local law and may vary by jurisdiction.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Develop and execute Agency & Display Sales and Operating Model Strategy. Create short, medium, and long-term plans & investment needs aligned with MSA’s multi-year goals.
- Performance Evaluation: Collaborate across MSA, specifically with Business Planning & Analytics, to provide a holistic view of the performance of our current business.
- Process Improvements: Partner with key teams (e.g., Readiness, Sales Leadership, Field Sales Excellence) to drive and land enhancements in processes.
- Sales Model Evolution: Deeply understand our omni-channel products, sales processes, and pain points. Make recommendations to evolve holistic sales model efforts to deliver MSA’s Omnichannel vision.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders across MSA to integrate the Agency Strategy and Operating Model seamlessly into internal processes and the rhythm of the business.
- Being a Learn-it-All: Continuous education on ties to Microsoft and Industry strategies.
- Culture & Values: Embody and promote Microsoft’s culture and values.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years experience with active participation in sales, sales operations/management, account management, program management, business development, marketing, consulting, or a related field
- OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform business decisions.
- 5+ years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers.
Additional or preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- 5+ years managing projects, including planning, managing timelines, and tracking progress, and/or change management experience.
- Digital Advertising experience, specifically Display, and with Agencies is highly preferred.
