We are a young deep-tech company that creates and produces internationally awarded smart glasses - and we work hand-in-hand with industry’s heavyweights to bring advanced HMI (Human-Machine Interface) solutions to life, powered by our proprietary Digital Iris technology. Our headquarters are in Vienna, where we develop and manufacture both the hardware and the software of the smart glasses. As Team Lead Product Management, you’ll take full ownership of both our Smart Glasses and Digital Iris business streams.

From research & development, engineering, production to marketing and sales – we offer everything from a single source under one roof. This will give you exciting insights into other departments of the company. Although we have our roots in Austria, we are "born global" and work with customers and sales partners all over the world.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Visionary Leader: Set strategy and drive the vision for our entire product portfolio, spanning smart glasses and cutting-edge Digital Iris technology.
• Team Builder & Mentor: Lead and empower a diverse team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of curiosity, excellence, and shared learning.
• Tech & Business Owner: Own the development and success of both Smart Glasses and Digital Iris HMI streams, collaborating with top industry partners.
• Cross-functional Connector: Bridge product, engineering, design, and go-to-market efforts to deliver cohesive, high-impact solutions.
• Strategic Facilitator: Balance tactical execution with long-term direction; implement processes for prioritization, product quality, and team growth.
• Stakeholder Enabler: Ensure clear, transparent communication and alignment at all levels - within the team and with global business partners.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Team

• Several years’ experience in product management with proven success leading teams or mentoring others (ideally in tech, electronics, HMI, or advanced software/hardware environments).
• Technical background or understanding - engineering, IT, or similar specialty preferred.
• Experience with B2B and B2C products, especially those involving technology partnerships or hardware/software integration.
• Passion for human-machine interaction and the future of technology.
• Outstanding communication, coaching, and organizational skills; adept at bringing teams and external stakeholders together.
• Strategic mindset and hands-on attitude; you love solving complex problems creatively.
• Fluent in English (German is a plus); ready for international collaboration and travel.

Nice To Have

• Experience scaling product organizations, launching in new markets, or driving innovation in cross-industry partnerships.
• Know-how in market analysis, agile product development, or HMI solutions.

As you know, due to the collective agreement, we have to mention the official minimum salary, which is € 4.350,00 gross monthly. But honestly, that’s just a baseline - we’re offering you a salary that truly reflects your skills and the value you bring.
