About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead initiatives from defining problems to delivering customer-focused outcomes. Your work will be grounded in fundamentals—speed, reliability, and ease of use—while using data and customer feedback to guide decisions. You’ll turn insights into actionable plans and collaborate across disciplines to ship features that drive growth, engagement, and customer satisfaction. This role offers hybrid flexibility, with the option to work from home up to two days per week.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategies that deliver measurable customer value.• Use data and customer insights to inform decisions, run experiments, and optimize experiences.• Own roadmaps for multiple feature areas and align partner teams on shared goals.• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to solve complex challenges and improve development velocity.• Engage with customers to validate investments and build trust as they adopt AI solutions.• Support product marketing efforts by contributing to rollout plans, customer support strategies, and internal/external communications.• Grow your career by shaping AI-driven productivity solutions in a collaborative environment.• Develop deep expertise in enterprise productivity scenarios and customer needs.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience delivering customer value through technical investments, such as performance enhancements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience driving metrics-driven results for customer-facing applications.
- 3+ years of experience delivering customer value through technical investments, such as performance enhancements.
- 1+ years of experience in AI technologies.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
