Assistant Business Leader

You’ll play a key role in driving the day-to-day vibe of the venue – from running smooth shifts and supporting your crew, to rostering, customer relationships, onboarding new team members, and backing up the Business Leader with operational admin. Restaurant Manager

We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager who knows how to lead from the floor and elevate the guest experience to legendary status. From overseeing the flow of service to managing bookings and ensuring your team are dialed into delivering excellence, you’ll bring energy, sharp leadership, and a passion for good kai and good times. You know the floor like the back of your hand and can adapt on the fly while keeping things calm, collected, and seamless.

Bar Manager

Tuatara Taproom is on the hunt for a Bar Manager who lives and breathes great beer. With a deep knowledge of beverages and a knack for team leadership, you’ll drive everything behind the bar – from training new staff and managing stock, to wage control, cost tracking, and supporting in beverage menu development. You know how to keep the taps flowing, the fridge stocked, and the crew firing on all cylinders.

We’re looking for a confident, energetic Duty Manager to help steer the ship across busy shifts.This role calls for someone with a current DM Cert, a strong sense of responsibility, and a solid understanding of running hospo operations.
