Profile Description

We’re seeking someone to join our team as Associate and should be a self-driven, dedicated individual who can work well with both technical and non-technical audiences. In addition, the candidate should respond well to change and quickly pick up new concepts, as well as devising new approaches for solving challenges in the space. Technical and analytics skills combined with strong interpersonal skills are required.

Non-Financial Risk Technology

Non-Financial Risk Technology provides operational controls, support for sustainable investing, business continuity planning, and surveillance capabilities to enhance the firm’s resilience to threats and fraudulent behavior.

This is Associate position that develops and maintains software solutions that support business needs.

What you’ll do in the role:

The ideal candidate should have the skills listed below but in addition should be a self-driven, dedicated individual who can work well with both technical and non-technical audiences. In addition, the candidate should respond well to change and quickly pick up new concepts, as well as devising new approaches for solving challenges in the space. Technical and analytics skills combined with strong interpersonal skills are required.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• At least 3 years’ relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
• 3-5 years of appropriate technical experience in Actimize Suite (RCM Customization) Knowledge of RCM suite and customization
• Proficiency in RCM Development – Alert Types, Views, DART, Workflows, Administration
• Proficiency with RCM Plugin Development & Actimize scheduler
• Strong understanding of Linux infrastructure
• Hands on experience working on Core Java
• Strong Database skills including SQL, procedures and query tuning
• Service Design Concepts, OO and Functional Development concepts
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional approach
• Analytical & Self-Starter
• Familiarity with financial market data
