Profile Description

We’re seeking someone to join our team as Associate  the role involves managing and supporting core crypto products such as SCV, CTM, NKWP, Luna HSM, PGP, and LastPass. Responsibilities include ensuring system availability, scalability, and security in alignment with Morgan Stanley's best practices.

What you’ll do in the role:

• Operate and enhance cryptographic infrastructure including , CipherTrust Manager (CTM), SafeNet Luna HSMs, and HashiCorp Vault.
• Support the lifecycle of cryptographic keys and certificates, ensuring compliance with internal security policies.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to integrate cryptographic services into enterprise applications.
• Monitor and respond to incidents involving encryption services, including key expiration and access issues.
• Contribute to automation efforts for certificate provisioning, key rotation, and system health monitoring.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Strong understanding of cryptographic principles and key management practices.
• Experience with HSMs (e.g., SafeNet Luna), PKI, and key vault technologies.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) and automation tools.
• Familiarity with DevOps/SRE practices and tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Jira).
• Experience working in a regulated enterprise environment with a focus on security and compliance.
• Prior experience with certificate lifecycle management tools (e.g., Keyfactor, CLM).
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure and networking fundamentals.
