WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER

 Ensure all aspects and processes of his department are established, maintained and continuously improved. 

 Lead, motivate and coach his team to work efficiently and Follow up development program for high performance members to handle extra responsibilities and performance reviews. 

 Conduct daily follow up to monitor the daily cycle count; material stocks & shipment to monitor material availability and anticipate shortages; daily affiliate’s shipments vs. monthly order (if any); redundant and slow moving items; material rejection reports. 

 Coordinate with Quality Department to ease the inspection of incoming material. 

 Formalize all credit notes, and analyze reasons for returns.

  Conduct follow up meetings with warehouse team and his superior. 

 Handle and control physical material transaction from/to w/h and confirm stock in the (JDE) system is updated.

  Perform monthly physical inventory for one product portfolio & all materials and submit report to Logistics Manager.

  Report scrapped material along with waste selling report to Logistics Manager.

  Perform quarterly physical inventory of all materials and submit report to Logistics Manager
