Senior Consultant - SAP Commissions Data Integration

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant with a strong focus on Data Integration, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to join our team. This role will drive the design and implementation of scalable integration frameworks that support SAP Commissions (CallidusCloud) and related Sales Performance Management (SPM) solutions.

The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in data modeling, pipeline orchestration, and analytics integration, along with the ability to lead technical teams and collaborate with business stakeholders. This position emphasizes data strategy, performance optimization, and end-to-end integration delivery, ensuring clients have reliable, actionable, and real-time access to incentive compensation data.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Be the primary consultant to design, develop, and deploy data integration solutions connecting SAP Commissions with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, HRIS, Data Lakes, etc.).
• Architect and manage data pipelines using SAP Datasphere and SAP BTP services to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Define and implement data governance, transformation, and quality frameworks aligned with client requirements.
• Understand client requirements and analyze requests to translate them into independently prepared solutions.
• Conduct workshops to gather requirements, present design options, and ensure stakeholder buy-in for proposed solutions.
• Provide training for client administrators and end-users on managing SAP Commissions.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner for resolving system 

Desired Skills and Experience

Sap Commissions (Calliduscloud) Data Integration:

• End-to-end implementation and optimization of SAP Commissions Data Integration projects, including:
• Design and develop data integration solutions using SAP Datasphere and SAP BTP.
• Integrate SAP Commissions with enterprise solutions.
• Load data to SAP Commissions from multiple sources through SAP Cloud Platform Integration, APIs and CDL files.
• Data Processing and Integration: Load and process transactional data using SAP Commissions Pipeline.
• Troubleshoot and resolve calculation issues and data discrepancies, ensuring payout accuracy and audit compliance.
• Conduct workshops to gather requirements, present design options, and ensure stakeholder buy-in for proposed solutions.

• Integrate SAP Commissions with enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience with SAP Commissions Data Integration and related SAP technologies.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP Datasphere (data modeling, replication, integration) and SAP BTP services (integration suite, connectivity, security).
• Proven experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, APIs, and integration patterns across cloud and on-premise systems.
• Strategic thinking and ability to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

 Technical & Business Requirements 

• Knowledge of software development & implementation life cycles 
• Experience with major relational databases (HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) 
• Proficiency in SAP Commissions Data Integration configuration, including:
• SAP Datashphere and SAP BTP
• Data load experience through multiple technologies: API’s, CDL files, SAP CPI.
• Data Model: Proficient in SAP database model (Both Oracle and HANA).
• Enterprise solutions integration

 Knowledge of the following technologies is considered an asset: 

• SAP HANA Studio/Web IDE
• SAP Workflow, Crystal Reports, Embedded Analytics.
• Programming Languages: Groovy or Python preferred.
• Microsoft SQL Server, Informatica, Xactly, Varicent 
• Web technologies such as JavaScript, XML, CSS, and HTML 
• SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) 
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, and related ecosystems.
• Certifications in SAP Commissions, SAP Analytics, or related modules.
