To support our students, we have built / purpose for the role 

This full-time, hybrid role is based in Singapore. Open to Singapore citizens and permanent residents only.

What are the main responsibilities for this role?

  • Develop and deliver events strategy for Singapore and Malaysia, aligning with business goals to drive awareness, engagement and pipeline growth
  • Own end-to-end event lifecycle from concepting, budgeting and vendor management to on-site execution and post-event analysis
  • Manage content and messaging for events, ensuring narratives align with brand voice and business objectives across all touchpoints
  • Oversee event creative production including branding, ad visuals, highlight videos and digital displays, ensuring consistency with Crimson brand guidelines
  • Develop promotional assets for social media, email campaigns, and event microsites to maximize audience engagement before, during, and after events
  • Deliver copywriting, design briefs and content calendars for event-related communications across channels
  • Manage paid social campaigns and email workflows for all events, ensuring cohesive storytelling and visibility across channels
  • Track event KPIs such as attendance, engagement and pipeline influence, using insights to optimize future campaign planning
  • Manage budgets, vendors and production timelines to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery across all event activations

What skills and experience are required?

  • Minimum 1+ year of in-house or agency experience in marketing, communications, PR, advertising or related field, with event management experience highly valued
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to craft key messaging and angles, paired with design and content creation skills and a strong sense of brand-aligned aesthetics
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams on event objectives and results
  • Creative thinker with excellent project management skills, capable of driving initiatives from concept to execution
  • Deep understanding of the Singapore market and local marketing trends to deliver engaging, relevant experiences
  • Passionate about creating memorable events that inspire audiences, strengthen the brand and deliver measurable business results.
  • High learning agility and growth mindset, thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments; familiarity with US/UK university admissions is a plus
