Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of Program Management experience.
- Experience working in a role focused on talent acquisition, recruiting operations, people analytics, or workforce planning.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing staffing programs for technical or specialized roles (e.g., Software Engineering, AI/ML, Hardware, SRE).
- Experience in a complex, matrixed technology organization.
- Understanding of the recruiting life-cycle and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Ability to influence and collaborate with executives (i.e., VPs, Directors).
- Excellent data visualization, and problem-solving skills along with knowledge of spreadsheets, SQL, and dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).

As a Staffing Program Manager on the AI2 Strategy and Operations team, you will be responsible for designing and executing the strategic framework that governs how we plan for, track, and achieve our hiring goals. In this role, you will partner directly with Vice Presidents (VPs), Directors, and recruiting leaders to ensure our staffing engine is aligned with our business objectives. You will transform complex data into insights and operational cadences necessary to drive accountability and decision-making across the technical organization.

Responsibilities
- Partner with AI2 leadership (VPs, Directors) and Finance teams to translate plans and business goals into data-driven staffing strategy and plan.
- Serve as the primary liaison between AI2 leadership and recruiting partners. Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring communication, expectation setting, and problem-solving to overcome hiring challenges.
- Establish and lead a regular operating cadence (e.g., weekly/monthly business reviews) with key stakeholders to track execution against hiring plans, identify risks, flag dependencies, and drive accountability across the organization.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the staffing process. Develop and implement programs and solutions to improve hiring quality.
- Conduct analysis of staffing data.
