As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

The mission of Ads Risk & Compliance (ARC) is to create and maintain an effective Risk & Compliance management program for Ads.
In this role, you will support maturation of the program through documentation, testing, and monitoring of controls; conducting risk assessments to identify and remediate issues in a timely manner, and leveraging that data to provide risk based insights to the business also the validation of non-financial disclosures that is shared with regulators and the public to ensure accuracy and consistency, and driving a culture of compliance throughout Ads.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $221,000-$311,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Deliver executive and industry communications that enable business growth. Establish a cadence for portfolio reviews, decision making, prioritization, and resource management.
  • Drive program performance gains correlated to execution velocity.
  • Work with the existing team to drive our Ads organization's compliance and risk strategy.
  • Lead architectural design and test the advanced controls, own cross-organizational risk assessments, and serve as a partner to product.
  • Lead the evolution of compliance processes, direct initiatives, orchestrate global program alignment, define strategic reporting, and provide program management.
