About The Job
A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
The Enterprise Security Operations (ESO) team manages infrastructure security operations globally at scale, leveraging AI, automation, and process improvements. By consolidating operational security work, ESO enables other teams to increase their velocity while improving the speed and quality of security outcomes through operational excellence. This work touches all aspects of information security, providing unique growth opportunities across various security domains.
As a Senior Program Manager in ESO, you will be responsible for creating and deploying systems to keep stakeholders and partner teams well-informed of progress and resource requirements. Furthermore, you will be critical in upholding operational security and quality metrics, tracking and reporting on Google risks and company-level OKRs, and helping to define team-level outcomes.
