As a strategic talent partner, you will:
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify high-performing, diverse candidates across various functions.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Leverage market insights, data, and tools to inform sourcing decisions and improve outcomes.
- Promote a positive candidate experience through thoughtful outreach and engagement.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives by proactively sourcing from underrepresented talent pools.
- Contribute to specialized sourcing programs such as university outreach, executive talent mapping, technical sourcing, or diversity-focused campaigns.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify, engage, and qualify passive candidates using a variety of sourcing tools, platforms, and techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and sourcing activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations to assess candidate fit and interest.
- Share market intelligence and talent trends with recruiting partners and business stakeholders.
- Continuously refine sourcing approaches based on performance metrics and feedback.
- Participate in initiatives to enhance sourcing tools, processes, and candidate engagement strategies.
- High school diploma or equivalent professional experience; post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- 2–4 years of experience in sourcing, talent acquisition, or a related HR discipline.
- Strong research and sourcing skills, with proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in both English and Spanish.
- Proactive, curious, and results-oriented mindset with a passion for talent discovery.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
