Customers in Poland benefit from tailor-made offers for the purchase and supply of energy and gas based on structured and long-term contracts. Axpo Polska also provides services to more than 25,000 companies from the small and medium-sized enterprises segment and, since April 2020, it has only been offering energy with a certified origin from renewable energy sources. While supporting energy transition in Poland, the Company also implements large-scale photovoltaic projects.

Currently we are looking for: Business Analyst

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support for the Team Leader and Project Managers in managing priorities in the  backlog for the development of the CRM & RPA applications.  
  • Support daily operational tasks performed by the team  
  • Gather high-level requirements, analyze regulations, and define project scope
  • Collect and analyze processes, procedures, and historical information. 
  • Map and analyze AS-IS processes, optimize, and define TO-BE processes Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete assigned tasks. 
  • Preparing test scenarios after completing business analysis 
  • Manage requirements, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies with the Team Leader

Our Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in IT/ICT, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field; superior academic achievements are a plus. 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, take ownership of responsibilities, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive in identifying issues and contributing to process improvements, with a structured and goal-oriented approach. 
  • Ability to create BPM diagrams for AS-IS and TO-BE processes 
  • Capability to translate business requirements into User Stories in Jira 
  • Knowledge of the Polish energy and gas industry is a plus (but not a must). 
  • High ethical standards, strong decision-making, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Facilitating workshops with business units across the company 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach and team-oriented attitude. 
  • Ability to read and understand technical English documents 
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong documentation skills
  • Proactive, self-driven, and eager to contribute to process optimization
  • Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic project and operational setting
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
  • Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and domain-specific processes
  • Resilient and solution-oriented when facing challenges or changes
  • Good spoken and written business English, Polish.
