Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, relevant corporate aviation work or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience coordinating international corporate aircraft operations.
- 5 years of experience using Conditioned Taste Aversion (CTA) Flight Operations Software (FOS) or an aviation scheduling software equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability and comfort working with technology.
- Ability to think 'out of the box' and bring creative, nonstandard, and innovative solutions to the table.
- Ability to have humility, positive energy, a sense of humor, and a passion for what you do.
- Ability to be organized and detail-oriented with excellent client relationship management skills and an ability to handle multiple dynamic requests at the same time.
About The Job
You are an aviation professional with the ability to plan projects with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project life cycle. You will be a primary point of contact for aviation related projects (a background of corporate aviation related experience is required). This includes managing schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating this information to the stakeholders. Your projects often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, and it's your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines. This position demands a high level of organization, and the ability to clarify processes, as well as the ability to see the big picture and communicate clearly and must be able to handle pressure situations and respond to requests on a 24/7 basis calmly, efficiently and succinctly.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $97,500-$139,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Build excellent relationships and educate Googlers about the Aviation Program capabilities to balance the needs of our users with the solutions that aviation can provide.
- Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor travel for our executive team in a dynamic global environment.
- Leverage expertise in aviation subject matter to support and solve problems for the team and users of the Aviation Program.
- Own and manage multiple projects and programs of varying size and scope, with high complexity, that deliver significant impacts to the team and our users.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and outside partners while managing their performance and associated budgets.
