  • Experience in C++, large-scale distributed systems, Technical Infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 5 years of experience working in a structured organization.
  • Experience with large-scale system design.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $248,000-$349,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Ensure roadmaps and efforts are aligned with the broader Android/Google goals while also addressing the critical needs of our external partners (OEMs, Carriers, etc.).
  • Provide executive technical guidance, make key architectural decisions, and serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
  • Mentor and develop engineers and managers on the team.
  • Define and own the long-term technical goals and roadmap for Android Partner Engineering (APE) systems and services.
