Technical Program Manager, Better Together, Connectivity

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with Bluetooth and other technologies like Wifi or NFC stack.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience in data analysis, and working with engineering teams to define and track metrics.
• Excellent investigative, problem-solving, and organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent skills in influencing, teaming, and delivering solutions in a complex, fluid environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $61,500-$86,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities

• Be an expert in Bluetooth and shape its future, and launch a unified stack that seamlessly operates across all user devices, phones, wearables, tablets, Auto, ChromeOS. 
• Lead quality focused software development life-cycle, from ideation to post-release, ensuring testing checkpoints at every stage to deliver a performance, power-optimized fundamental BT platform for Better Together.
• Work as an integral part of the engineering team through every stage of the product life-cycle and being the key POC with product, data analysts, privacy, security, legal and external partners
• Advocate use of metrics, drive consistent adoption of data-driven approaches for aligning user experience, quality, and testing.
• Develop robust, defensible release plans, proactively managing any changes and regularly communicate progress, escalate issues, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, internal and external.
