- Experience with Bluetooth and other technologies like Wifi or NFC stack.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in data analysis, and working with engineering teams to define and track metrics.
- Excellent investigative, problem-solving, and organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Be an expert in Bluetooth and shape its future, and launch a unified stack that seamlessly operates across all user devices, phones, wearables, tablets, Auto, ChromeOS.
- Lead quality focused software development life-cycle, from ideation to post-release, ensuring testing checkpoints at every stage to deliver a performance, power-optimized fundamental BT platform for Better Together.
- Work as an integral part of the engineering team through every stage of the product life-cycle and being the key POC with product, data analysts, privacy, security, legal and external partners
- Advocate use of metrics, drive consistent adoption of data-driven approaches for aligning user experience, quality, and testing.
- Develop robust, defensible release plans, proactively managing any changes and regularly communicate progress, escalate issues, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, internal and external.
