Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in supply chain operations or management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in compliance or risk management.
- Experience using data to drive process improvements and deliver insights.
- Knowledge of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) frameworks, particularly APAC labor laws, and with the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) audit process.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fluid, and deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to build strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities
- Apply expert knowledge of APAC labor laws and the RBA audit processes to support identified gaps and risks with social responsibility audits, and CAP remediation.
- Lead direct supplier engagement, including coordinating sustainability assessments, deliver training on the Code of Conduct, develop and drive capacity building programs to proactively mitigate risks.
- Develop and enhance the program’s operational framework by creating tracking tools, manage updates to program manuals and playbooks, and implement industry best practices.
- Build strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders and suppliers, align on goals and ensure clear communication and accountability from initial assessment through final reporting.
- Perform data analysis and prepare recurring reports on supplier performance, program progress, and key milestones to provide actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making.
