The Role:

As a Process Engineer II, you will help drive our goals by:

• Promote and maintain high environmental, health, and safety standards, conducting risk assessments and participating in incident investigations.
• Develop, improve, and monitor hydrometallurgical processes through data analysis, experimental work (bench, pilot, and plant scale), and issue resolution.
• Provide process expertise for HAZOP studies, Process Hazard Reviews, and support capital projects with technical input, trials, and data collection.
• Contribute to commissioning activities for new and existing plants, collaborating with production teams, customers, and technology partners.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• Degree or higher (Master’s/PhD) in Chemical Engineering or related field, with experience in chemical plant operations.
• Strong technical expertise in process design, analysis, and safety — including heat and mass balances, P&IDs/PFDs, hazard studies, and EH&S.
• Proficient in data-driven problem solving using statistical analysis, SPC, and methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean, with a track record of practical and innovative solutions.
• Demonstrates authenticity, high energy, and business awareness while building strategic relationships, communicating effectively, delegating responsibly, and delivering innovative, practical solutions.
