We are looking for a talented Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Cummins Driveline and Braking System North America Commercial Team for our Cummins Inc. facility in Troy, MI.

Job Summary:

Acts as an extension of senior management ensuring a positive customer experience while being the representative of senior management to others. Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, overseeing visitors, routing callers and answering questions and requests.

  • Education, Licenses, Certifications: 
  •     High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. 
  •     This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. 
  • Experience: 
  •     Significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience.

  •     Coordinate national sales meetings, customer events and internal/external offsites
  •     Order branded merchandise and promotional items for tradeshows and special events
  •     Submit requisitions, reconcile p-card, and process invoices via Oracle; add suppliers as needed
  •     Host and support special events as requested by leadership
  •     Review monthly budgets and assist with AOP planning
  •     Support customer visits (internal/external), including security coordination and guest logistics
  •     Track invoices and financials in Excel; maintain strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
